Finally a post about the #taiji
camp in #DeGlind
in beginning of May. It's been so nice weather so I have not found enough inspiration for to sit indoors writing
Teacher was #WeeKeeJin
. His mood was very good all the week, and his teaching very generous. Some of the themes for the week was "yield, create space, neutralize and change (direction)", "the five internal elements" (adhere, connect, stick and follow without disconnection or resistance). These are the ways the week can overcome the strong. (That is - it is not a contest of strength!) The song of #tuishou
as the basic classic for the week.
Although it was long days with practice from six in the morning till nine in the evening I felt very comfortable. Much thanks to generous pauses and good and tasty food. But mostly to all the nice fellow students!
It was my first time with the dutch group. I've been practising with the swedish group for some years. It was good to meet other practitioners. It is in the meeting you can see yourself. Different peoples make different mirrors. You learn to know them, but most importantly, you learn something about yourself. Jin often cite DaoDeJing no 33 "Knowing others are wisdom; knowing the self is enlightenment." It comes little by little.
