Pelosi is bluffing yet again. That's all she has. Bluffs. I'm sure everyone has seen the headlines about how Pelosi is calling for a vote on impeachment. Yep, lies. It's all fake. She is not calling for a vote on impeachment at all. She knows that her initial "impeachment" that she handed off to Schiff was toothless. She had no Constitutional authority to do what she did. She knew that even though Schiff was sending out "subpoenas", they were that in name only. They were not real subpoenas. No judicial power behind them at all. President Trump and his team knew it.
So, now, as the FoxNews article states, Pelosi's vote "is not an actual article of impeachment, but rather a resolution that sets process ground rules." Sets ground rules. Pelosi is quoted as saying “This resolution establishes the procedure for hearings that are open to the American people, authorizes the disclosure of deposition transcripts, outlines procedures to transfer evidence to the Judiciary Committee as it considers potential articles of impeachment, and sets forth due process rights for the president and his counsel."
Uh, she's bluffing again. Spread the word. Pelosi is bluffing. Until the House actually votes on Impeachment and sends it to the Judiciary members, there is no actual legal weight to anything Pelosi sends out. She can send more "subpoenas" but they have no merit, no legal basis. It's all a bluff. Again. The Democrats have nothing. Let everyone know Pelosi is bluffing again. They can do nothing until they hold a formal vote on impeachment. Not this process crap she's wallowing in. She's just trying to cover the stench of it all by saying the "Judiciary members" are involved.
On top of all that, Pelosi has now acknowledged to the world that what Schiff was doing was not valid. It was shady, back door, secret room, hollow threats with no merit. The Democrats were breaking Constitutional laws. Treason. More coup attempts.Pelosi Bluffing Again on Impeachment "Vote"
