Natron

This is just a thought but I think I will learn Natron!

I think with #Natron I can fill my motion graphics needs quicker than with #Blender. The good news is that it is packed in #PopOS directly by #System76.

Let me see if I can achieve quickly what I usually do with another well known closed software...

For the ones that don't know Natron, check the website out to see how cool it is:

Show Desktop Button without Gnome-Shell extension

This time I recycled an old trick to have a working show-desktop button on POP!/Gnome3 that works and presumably won't break with the next release.

My spicy comments are at the end of the article... 🙄

Good Reading!

Trackers

Hi folks,

I am preparing a new article about tracking because another article I found the previous weak, however I don't find any official documentation about the search settings and use of #Tracker on #Gnome3.

I am speaking about this:

Is anyone of you able to land me to any official documentation?

Thanks in advance!

So far I saw I have an average of 100 visit per article, I supposed that mostly came from the Fediverse/Federation rather than pop!-planet forum!

As you could understood I am posting from a Fediverse platform Writefreey, and that is a very elegant blogging system. I want point out that every time I post an article it is just for sharing my experience, I am not tracking anyone and I am not receiving whatsoever any kind of benefit if you click on that article, not even the hosting.

Everything is totally free in the pure spirit of free-software and shared knowledge, as the good old time...

You might also directly following my articles adding my Snopyta account: @gnuserland@write.snopyta.or but I cannot reply or interact with you from that account.

If you are a POP! user or jut passionate about Graphic Design and Geek Design on Linux it would be cool if you interact with me when I post something on Friendica!

Have a great Sunday day!

LUKS on LVM

#System76 folks, if anyone of you can hear me...

Why don't I see this option on Pop! 19.04

https://pop.system76.com/docs/disk-encryption-luks/

I was able to create a LVM group but I can't encrypt it nor I see the option above on the installer. Any comments or suggestions?

Thanks! #System76
