Went for a long #run
today. I did a couple of Garden Ring runs before but always in winter so it was a perfect not-too-hot day to fix this. The ring itself is around 15 km.
I was not in hurry. Also out of shape.
While there was some traffic, it still was lower than usual allowing to safely cross some streets without waiting for the green light :)
Cinema decorated in Soviet style. Movie theaters are still closed for public.
The weather started to warm up. T-shirt and shorts turned out to be adequate choice.
Parks are open for public now but not too many people seem to be visiting. This is main entrance to Park Gorkogo (aka Gorky Park) and usually it is very crowded.
Not sure what this garage art is doing in the Moscow center but I like it.
Bike share is open to public as well now yet seems only delivery workers use it and most bikes are parked.
Moscow lifted most of lockdown measures this week. Restaurants, various entertainment venues are still closed for public (but not employees) and everything else is pretty much open. The city comes back to life but many streets still are noticeably emptier than usual.
The run went much easier than I expected. The pace was slow but I expected far higher heart rate after such a long interruption.
